At one end of this Mindset continuum, the individual has a high experience of overwhelm and interprets their world as very stressful. Given that there is nothing that is inherently stressful, there is only how we attribute meaning. We know that the individual’s Mindset is primarily responsible. At the other end of the Mindset continuum, the individual interacts with their surroundings in a way that is much more calm, relaxed and zen. The only difference being the Mindset that each individual is in.
