Mariné uses her Masters in Economics and certification as a professional coach to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, empowering her clients to navigate change with clarity and confidence.

In 2006, Marlon co-founded TETRAN, a global technology services company, which he successfully scaled and sold 10 years later to a publicly listed company. With expertise spanning business mentoring, strategic connections, and technology innovation, Marlon brings a wealth of knowledge, helping to shape impactful strategies for clients.
He is passionate about connecting with people, learning their stories, and helping solve challenges in resourcing, technology, or business. Marlon’s mission is to inspire positive transformation and support clients in achieving their goals.
