Organisational culture is a topic that has become more and more popular over the last five to ten years.
Ten years ago, boards were starting to talk about it, beginning to focus on it, and these days there’s pretty much not a board now that doesn't focus on culture or should be focusing on culture.
It's one of the only competitive advantages you have in the modern workplace because it's everything to do with your humans and your humans are the only thing you can't replicate in your business.
You can replicate technology, programs, and processes, but you can’t copy humans and therefore the sum total of the human behaviour in your organisation is what your organisation is.
