What you need to know!
When: December 12, AEDT
Morning Time: 10:00 – 12:00 midday – Body, Sound experience. In the morning session, you will learn and practice a deep way to relax and get into a different layer of consciousness.
Lunch: 12:00 – 12:30 BYO lunch with others over zoom, chatting and eating, generally having a delicious lunch
Afternoon Time: 12:30 – 2:30 – Mind, soul experience.
In the afternoon, we will live coach three participants in a laser coaching session with Michelle & AJ. This is designed to get to the core of what is holding the person back from moving forward to where they want their life to be. Please nominate yourself if you wish to be one of the coaches on the day.
